Who knows the name of this animated movie?

ok, the movie from what I remember is, 1. Animated. 2. animals such as
rats/mice are personified as the main characters in this movie. As far
as I remember, they still live in a human world however. I think its
about WW2 as well, not sure, theres fighting in it though, and at the
very end of the movie they are on a train or something. I distincively
remember one of the characters like running with some TNT and yells
SABOTAGEEE!!!! I think the movie takes place is france..at least some
of the characters are "french". anyone know what i'm talking about?
I think I MAY have found it...i think its called Valiant. not sure
though.
